Aicon Group was founded in Milano in 1993 in cooperation with Arredamenti Commerciali srl. Arredamenti Commerciali srl. is busy with design and interiors. In 1996 design department was opened and after that Lino Siclari decided to make headquarter in Giammoro.

Azimut-Benetti Group Company is one of the biggest motor yacht producers in the world. Mostly they produce yachts (from 12 to 72 m) and oceanic cruisers Benetti. Every yacht produced by brand "Azimut-Benetti" is the real masterpiece. Paolo Vitelli organized the company in 1969 for sailing yachts` chartering. Therefore he transformed his passion into a business, becoming a renowned manufacturer of luxury motor yachts, mega yachts and became owner of some shipyards all over the world.

The Codecasa shipyard was created in Viareggio, Italy, in 1825 by Giovanni Battista Codecasa who built wooden sailing yachts. Since then, through the years and under the various CODECASA generations, the shipyard went through constant development and evolution until becoming the actual group, composed by: CODECASA UGO S.p.A., CODECASA DUE S.p.A. and CODECASA TRE S.p.A.

Fairline  shipyard is situated in a small town, Oundle and constructs boats from 1967 and recently celebrated its  40^th anniversary. The company is taking one of the leading places in international yacht building. The yachts range from a 34-foot long express cruiser to a 74-foot long luxury yacht, along with a series of craft designed specifically for long range cruising.

In 80s company started construction of motor yachts and made new department in Forli. In the beginning of 90s Ferretti was considered as one of the leading companies in the world. Since 1998 the company was developing very quickly. For now Ferretti Group owes 8 Italian shipyards (Pershing, Itama, Bertram, Riva, Apreamare, Mochi Craft, Custom Line, CRN) and American- Ferretti Group USA.

FIPA Italiana Yachts shipyard was founded in 1980 by Francesco Guidetti and his wife Mina Santucci. The Company was born with the fiber glass production for other shipyards, still important sector for the company.

ISA Yacht shipyard (International Shipyard Ancona) was founded in the end of 1998 for production of a new yacht line by managers from Ancona. In November 2006 Yachting Investors Group (YIG) became the owner of the shipyard. The main activity of the shipyard is the production of yachts from 40 to 75 m by individual orders.

The shipyard is divided into three business fields. The first one is the building of naval vessels and special ships, like fast patrol boats, corvettes, support vessels, etc. The second area is the building of luxury super yachts starting from 50 m to over 150 m, realizing nearly every design beyond any imagination.

Mondomarine shipyard (Mondo Marine SpA) was founded in 1978 in Savona. Initially there was organized a shipyard department of the famous Italian company Mondo. The main activity of the company was the production of coverings for stadiums. So, Mondo Company produced the coverings for stadiums of the last Olympic Games, including Moscow Olympic Games of 1980. In 80s there were produced yachts from 15 to 24 m. And in the beginning of 90s Mondomarine shipyard started to build mega yachts to 41 m.

Perini Navi shipyard was founded in the beginning of 80s by Fabio Perini whose aim was to construct big and comfortable sailing yacht that could be controlled by only one person. In 1982 Fabio Perini found the solution and he built the first more or less successful prototype of a sailing yacht according to his ideas. Since that time Fabio Perini constructed a lot of sailing yachts from 43m to 54 m and the last one was 88 m Maltese Falcon built in 2006.

World known shipyard Princess Yachts was founded in 1965. Initially the shipyard was named "Marine Projects" and was working on Project 31 yacht project which brought a company success. With time such yachts as Projects and Pilgrims (from 20 to 30 ft) were produced. And finally, in 1970 there was produced Princess 32 with GRP hull. Princesses 32 became very popular yacht and within 10 years there were sold 1200 yachts.

Sealine International shipyard located in West Midlands that is the industrial center of England was founded in 1972 by Tom Murrant. Nowadays the shipyard is one of the biggest yacht producers in Europe. It produces around 400 boats a year. Sealine International is one of those shipyards one of the few boat builders who run an entirely in-house operation.

Legendary Britain producer of elite yachts, Sunseeker International, is one of the best and leading shipyards in the world. Company was founded in 1968 in Poole, England, by Robert Braithwaite and became the ideal of Britain yacht building. Initially the company was called "Poole Powerboats". The first yacht named "Sunseeker" was produced in the middle 70-es and the name of the company was changed in 1980.
